Not far from your house (about 1.5–2 miles, roughly a 5-minute drive), The Farmcart is a great casual breakfast and lunch spot known for biscuit sandwiches and coffee. If you’re heading just a bit farther toward downtown (around 2–2.5 miles, 6–8 minutes), The Place is a popular Southern-style restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, good for brunch or dinner. For something slightly different, Three Buddies - Athens is about 1.5 miles away (around 5 minutes) and offers a simple, affordable American-style menu that’s easy for takeout or a relaxed meal. If you’re looking for a nicer sit-down dinner option, Osteria Olio is about 3 miles away (8–10 minutes) and serves Italian cuisine in a more upscale setting—good for a date night or special occasion.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
