Welcome to New Haven at Towne Square, a stunning new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home perfect for your Athens getaway! Nestled in a charming neighborhood, our spacious property combines modern comforts with a cozy ambiance.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts ample counter space and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or unwind on the comfy couches after a day of exploring.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a peaceful retreat, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The master suite features an ensuite bath, providing you with a private oasis. The first additional bedroom includes a double bed, and the second includes a double bed with a twin-sized trundle.

Outside, the neighborhood invites you to take leisurely strolls, and with downtown Athens just 2.5 miles away, you'll have easy access to its vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Sports fans will love being only 3.5 miles from Sanford Stadium, where you can catch a game and soak up the local atmosphere.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
