This fully remodeled single-story home’s layout includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The property is curated and staged to comfortably welcome up to ten guests. 

- Each bedroom:  Smart TV and fresh bed & bath linens. 
- Master bedroom: king-size bed and a private bathroom with double vanity
- Secondary bedroom: king-size with Private bathroom 
- Living room features a full pull-out couch
- Kitchen: updated stainless steel appliances, a bistro table for two, and a breakfast bar that seats four
-The backyard is fully fenced but is not pet-proof

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.


Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
